I think the payback idea is a good one. On one hand the store gets its money up front and doesn’t have to worry about bad debt. On the consumer side If I am paying something off it usually involves interest and thus incurring debt.

I bought the sweater to wear with my slim blue jeans and it was perfect. Got lots of compliments on the pretty design. I wore it with a light pink tank underneath.
I can not wear the regular sized Lizzie hoops as they are too heavy. These are a great size i love them and they will go well to enhance so many Spring looks
Thus top is unique- great for casual wear. Washes and dries nicely!
Very happy with my purchase despite some negative reviews. I love the fit and I think it looks expensive. I was lucky to get on sale so I suggest you get if still available in your size.
