Products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 10 days following the received date.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee of $2.98 at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. You will be able to submit a return or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return center at no additional cost to you. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.

Return Item Conditions:
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and Barbara Katz and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, dust bags, and jewelry bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. You will be informed if your return is not accepted, and you may choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
Final Sale Items:
- All clearance styles are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shapewear, undergarments, jewelry, handbags, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Free In-Store Return:
- Returns of full-priced merchandise in its original condition with all tags still attached are accepted at our Boca Raton location.
International Shipping & Returns:
- Shipping, Duties, & Taxes will be calculated at checkout and is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the price quoted is guarenteed there will be no additional duties or taxes collected once you receive your item.
- At this time we do not offer returns on International orders. All International orders are final sale.
