Return Policy

Exchanges and Returns:

Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. 

You have 10 days from receiving your order to:

  1. Create your exchange or return here. 
  2. Enter your order number (please include BK) and zip code, phone number, or email.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Drop your package in your mailbox or at your nearest USPS drop off point.

Need a different size or color?

There is no cost to exchange your purchase (in fact, we will waive the $9.99 handling fee!). Simply follow the prompts for an exchange in our return portal.

Return Shipping Fee:

  • A $9.99 handling fee will be charged for returns, but this fee is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit instead.
  • After the product is returned, you will receive a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs and the handling fee.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of the return; however, some banking institutions may require additional processing time. 

Note on Exchanges:

  • We now offer direct exchanges as well as exchanges for store credit. If you opt for an exchange or store credit the handling fee will be waived. If you purchased your item with a discount, you will be able to exchange for an item equal to the full price of your item.
  • Instant exchanges allow you to shop for your replacement item at the time you process your return.

Return Item Conditions:

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and Barbara Katz and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, dust bags, and jewelry bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. You will be informed if your return is not accepted, and you may choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.

Final Sale Items:

  • All clearance styles are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shapewear, undergarments, jewelry, handbags, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Free In-Store Return:

  • Returns of full-priced merchandise in its original condition with all tags still attached are accepted at our Boca Raton location without a handing fee.
  • You have 10 days from receipt to decide if an item is right for you and are eligible for a full refund back to your original form of payment if returned within this period.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date they were purchased. Orders shipped within Florida arrive the next business day, excluding items that are 'web exclusive'.

* Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. You will be provided with a shipment tracking number for each package.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a courier tracking number will be sent out.
